The impact of the revelation of the Qurโan on the blessed night known as Laylatul Qadr was world-changing. The Qurโan is the criterion by which the world is judged and guidance for the whole of mankind, since its revelation all the way until today and beyond. Today more than ever, mankind desperately seeks an alternative to the current world order.
The Qurโan can only become a holistic criterion and guidance for mankind if it is implemented, with the Khilafah state spearheading the Islamic solutions to transform the world so that it all falls under the shade of Allah (swt).
