Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) Messenger-Statesman and Political Leader
Sunday Nov 01, 2020
Sunday Nov 01, 2020
Allah (swt) says in Surah Al-Ahzab,
“O Prophet! Lo! We have sent thee as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner and a summoner unto God by His permission and as a lamp that gives light (sirāaj munīran).” [33:45-46]
In this beautiful verse of the Qur’an, Allah (swt) summarizes the legacy of our beloved Prophet, Muhammad ﷺ – as the bringer of good tidings, the warner, the summoner unto Allah (swt), and as-Siraaj al-Muneer – the lamp spreading light in a world that was plunged in darkness; a man who delivered a message to humanity that enlightened every aspect of human life, carrying with it solutions to every problem that humanity would ever face – political, economic, social, judicial, moral and spiritual – for all times, places and people, to take mankind from the darkness and oppression of man-made ways of life and systems to the light and justice of the System from the Lord of the Worlds (swt).

Seerah 47: The Repentance Of Ka’b Ibn Malik and His Two Companions
Saturday Sep 19, 2020
Saturday Sep 19, 2020
As soon as the Messenger of Allâh (ﷺ) had entered Madinah, he prayed two Rak‘a then he sat to receive his people. The hypocrites who were over eighty men came and offered various kinds of excuses and started swearing. The Prophet acknowledged their excuses and invoked Allâh’s (سبحانه وتعالى) forgiveness for them but he entrusted their inner thoughts and Faith to Allâh(سبحانه وتعالى). As for the three faithful believers — Ka‘b bin Malik, Murara bin Ar-Rabi‘, and Hilal bin Omaiyah — who favored telling the truth, the Messenger of Allâh (ﷺ)bade his Companions not to talk to them. Consequently they were subject to a severe boycott and were excluded from the life of the community. Everybody turned them their back. So they felt as if the whole land had become constrained to them in spite of its spaciousness and they felt awkward and uneasy. The hard times they lived and which lasted for over forty days were towered by an order to them to forsake their wives. After fifty days’ boycott Allâh(سبحانه وتعالى) turned to them and revealed vindication.

Friday Sep 18, 2020
Ghazwat Tabuk (Battle of Tabuk), the final time the Prophet (ﷺ) was to accompany his army on a mission, began in Rajab of the 9th year After Hijrah. News reached the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) that the Romans were preparing to raid the North of the Arabian Peninsula in order to wipe out the memory of the spectacular tactical withdrawal which the Muslim army had staged in the battle of Mu’tah. This time He (ﷺ) decided to face the foreign threat himself, so He (ﷺ) drew up a plan designed to finally kill off any ambitions that the Roman leaders held about interfering in the affairs of the Muslims or any thoughts that they may have entertained about raiding their lands.
